After the call, if it looks like a fit, we send a written proposal — also at no charge. Only once you sign off on a proposal does anything become billable.

No — while we're headquartered in Patna, the majority of our retained clients are located in other Indian cities. The discovery call happens over video, and the rest of the engagement is fully remote-friendly.
